Our answers to your questions

The travel times between your 2 flights are taken into account when you buy a connecting ticket on our website. In case your flight arrives late and the minimum connecting time cannot be met, the airline responsible for the delay will offer you a rerouting solution. If you purchase your flights separately, you must ensure that you have enough time between each flight to make your connection. If your flight is delayed, the airline operating your flight will not be responsible for your rerouting, and will not necessarily offer you an alternative solution.

At Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly, highly visible yellow signs indicate your connection. Information and navigation self-service kiosks are located throughout the airport. They indicate your boarding gate and travel time, nearby services (stores, bars and restaurants, etc.), or directions to the location of your choice. You can also ask airport staff for directions!

You will find Air France self-service kiosks located throughout the airport. Our staff is also available and can be found at connection counters.
